Can I list as many resellers and/or country offices in my distribution network as I want?

Yes. You authorize the distributors displayed in your network.

Do my country offices and/or authorised resellers have to pay to be listed in my network?

No, the list reflects their individual listing on ShipServ. Some may be subscribing to the Premium Profile and some may not.

Can a BrandZone promote more than one of my brands?

Yes, if you have a primary brand and all the sub-brands are distributed via same channels, then the BrandZone can cover all these brands. If you have brands that are individually promoted and distributed, then we advise you to build separate BrandZones.

Is the catalogue feature included in the subscription?

Yes.

Who owns the rights to my data and information in the BrandZone itself?

As always on shipserv.com, you retain 100% ownership of your data; the BrandZone is merely the platform hosted by ShipServ that promotes your brand and capabilities.

How can I change and update my BrandZone?

Currently, you are assigned a content support specialist who assists you in updating and optimising BrandZone content. At a later stage, we plan to make most of the sections self-serve via your ShipServ login.
