An online report which shows every individual supplier’s trading performance with you.
Features 19 procurement metrics and KPIs, including benchmarks. For example: response rate and time, co-quoting information, spend per vessel, spend per purchaser, quote completeness.
Use during supplier review meetings and for internal and external audits of the procurement team.
IMPA price benchmarking report
These reports allow customers to see potential overspend or savings based on IMPA coded products purchased.
Shows quick view of IMPA products purchased and average unit price, and total spend.
Also shows average unit price benchmark and so any potential overspend or savings based on the market average.
Identifying and managing trading partners
The all new ShipServ search engine (ShipServ Search) enables you to find suppliers quickly and easily and see if their capabilities match what you are looking for.
In the coming months, we will be making further enhancements to the logged in view for buyer customers to provide them with additional supplier management tools.
In addition, our Supplier Recommendations tool is an optional tool which provides quotes from alternative suppliers for specific RFQs direct into your procurement system.
